With over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of admissions, recruitment, scholarship and financial aid leveraging, and student success program design and implementation, Dr. Keyana Scales brings extensive subject matter expertise related to strategic planning, master planning and overall student success. Keyana has held positions at a variety of universities including large publics, Research 1, public land-grant, HBCUs, and private faith-based institutions.
Adam Connolly, Senior Vice President, RNL
Adam Connolly has more than 15 years of experience in higher education and offers extensive expertise in building enrollment pipeline, financial aid leveraging, and enrollment and retention best practices. Before coming to RNL, he served as vice president of enrollment management and marketing at Coker University (SC), where he led an enrollment team that helped the university achieve record enrollment numbers three different times during his tenure.
April Bush, PhD, Vice President, RNL
Dr. April Bush offers more than 15 years of on campus experience in higher education. Her areas of expertise include undergraduate admissions, scholarship and financial aid leveraging, recruitment event planning, staff training, and strategic planning for marketing and communication flows. She previously served as director of admissions at Converse College (SC), where she was responsible for new student recruitment and marketing efforts.

We will start our day by diving into research, innovations, and strategies that all enrollment leaders need to know, as well as participate in an interactive activity that will help you examine your current campus challenges and positioning.

The group will then vote on the top issues and share best practices via group discussion on those issues. RNL experts will add their insights on creating a successful foundation for strategic enrollment planning and the elements needed to build a sustainable model to support both recruitment and retention. The session will provide a checklist that can help you assess your campus positioning.

Join us for this optional session to answer your questions regarding leveraging your financial aid dollars, navigating challenges, and supporting students and families through what is often a daunting FAFSA process.
