John Lehman From Michigan Tech Talks About Strategic Enrollment Planning in a Challenging Time

On this episode, John Lehman, Vice President for University Relations and Enrollment at Michigan Technological University joins RNL’s Wes Butterfield to talk about how the institution is using data and help from RNL to plan strategically in this challenging time for students and families. Michigan Tech is a vibrant and increasingly diverse institution., and they’ve been working with RNL for many years. Michigan Tech attracts some of the most directed, tech-savvy and entrepreneurial students in the nation, and much of their class commits early.

• Using data to make key decisions and plan
• Getting help, including from consulting partners like RNL, to build and rebuild predictive models to project decisions and direct resources.
• Looking at larger industry trends, including changing NACAC guidelines and evaluating the impact of test option admissions.
