RNL Omnichannel is a fundraising program that includes two (2) or more integrated channels and/or solutions, which may include Calling, Direct Mail, Email, Digital Dialogue, RNL TXT, RNL Journey Solutions, and/or RNL Software Solutions, as determined by RNL in conjunction with the Client.
