Dr. Stephen Drew leads RNL’s artificial intelligence (AI) development and product management. A veteran with nearly 30 years of experience in AI, automation, and information technology, Stephen uses his extensive experience and vast expertise to apply the power of AI to RNL’s solutions for enrollment management and philanthropy. His leadership in this vital area helps RNL’s higher education and nonprofit partners bring greater personalization to the student and donor experiences, uncover new insights through AI-powered analytics, and achieve greater ROI.
Previously, Stephen held leadership positions in AI and automation at renowned companies such as Five9, Uniphore, and Cigna. He has also taught at the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at DePaul University.
Education
Stephen holds a Doctor of Business Administration in applied AI from DePaul University and a Master of Science in finance from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
