Mike Dziedziak has 18 years of experience in higher education and enrollment management, with extensive experience in admissions, financial aid, strategic planning, and implementation.
Previous Campus Experience
Mike most recently served as executive director for enrollment at Eastern University in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he oversaw new student enrollment in all of the university’s degree programs including traditional and nontraditional undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and seminary programs. He was instrumental in the construction, implementation, and evaluation of the university’s recruitment and financial aid strategies. Under Mike’s leadership, the university recently recalibrated the awarding of its merit aid system and adopted a new CRM.
Memberships and Education
Over the course of his career, Mike has been a member of the National Association for College Admissions Counseling, the North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals, and the Pennsylvania Association for College Admissions Counseling.
Mike holds an MBA in management and a BA in political science, both from Eastern University.
