Michelle Peterson helps fuel success for our donor engagement partner clients, using data-driven strategy to maximize results and boost ROI. This strategy crosses numerous outreach efforts, on-site and off-site engagement centers, along with omnichannel marketing outreach, crowdfunding, giving days, and boosting the major/planned giving pipeline.

Previous Experience

Michelle began her career at RNL as a program center manager and senior manager for donor outreach services. She then helped lead Columbia University’s giving day, and moved on to become director of annual giving at Ball State University Foundation. She has also served as director of annual giving and alumni relations at Midway University. She returned to RNL in 2022 as a client success director. Michelle has helped improve donor engagement at dozens of institutions and organizations in her extensive career.

Education

Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Public Relations from Morehead State University
