Previous campus experience
Before joining RNL, Mark excelled as the dean of admissions at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where his dynamic leadership facilitated the largest class in the university’s 75-year history. During his tenure as the director of student success at Franciscan, Mark notably elevated the freshman retention rate was increased from 81 percent to 88 percent, while undergraduate graduation rates surged by an impressive of 10 percent. Mark’s successful implementation of various RNL solutions, including Advanced Financial Aid Solutions and Student Search to Enrollment and Strategic Enrollment Planning, further underscored his commitment to excellence in higher education administration.

Education
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Management, along with his MBA, both from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He currently resides in Ohio with his wife and six children.
