Linda Hoopes, PhD joined Ruffalo Noel Levitz in 2010 as a consultant and has held a variety of positions at RNL before transitioning to her current role as Vice President, Executive Partnerships.
During her 15-year tenure at RNL, Linda has worked with hundreds of public and private institutions across the United States and Canada. In her current role, Linda serves as a primary collaborator with RNL leadership to develop successful campus and executive partnerships across the spectrum of institutional types regarding enrollment, student success, and fundraising solutions.
Previous experience
Linda has over 30 years of higher education experience, including her work at two universities in the Midwest, and RNL. During her career in higher education, Linda was a member of several state and national organizations. She was selected as a 2007-08 Thrivent Fellow and also served as an HLC Peer Reviewer and AQIP Appraiser for several years.
Education
Linda received her BA from the University of Northern Iowa, an MA from Amberton University (formerly Amber University, TX), and her PhD from Capella University (MN) in 2004.
