Leslie Crosley consults on enrollment strategies, which include financial aid leveraging, admissions marketing and recruitment, financial aid service, and enrollment operations.
Previous campus experience
With over 25 years in higher education, Ms. Crosley most recently served as assistant vice president of enrollment management for the State of New York’s (SUNY) Morrisville campus. There, she developed strategies for leveraging scholarships; coordinated student communication efforts across campus departments; introduced a social media platform for prospective student interaction; cross trained admissions and financial aid officers to optimize delivery services; and worked to bring the college to an enrollment management model. She also led a partnership effort to create the first SUNY-wide pathway program for international students, jump-starting an international student presence on her campus.
Ms. Crosley also served five years as director of admissions at the Utica School of Commerce in Utica, New York, revitalizing enrollment and improving retention. Her early career focused on the needs of non-traditional students at Onondaga-Cortland-Madison BOCES. She has also provided independent consultant services, delivering operational reviews in the area of financial aid services.
Education
Ms. Crosley holds a master’s of science in applied sociology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor of arts in psychology from Bloomsburg University (PA).
