Previous Experience
Heather has over 18 years of higher education experience and served as Dean of Enrollment at the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX. Prior to joining RNL, she led the Higher Education team in the South and Southwest for the College Board. In that leadership role, she analyzed nationwide data sets to help develop key strategies for institutions to meet their enrollment goals.
Education
Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies, and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word.
