Emily Richman

Emily leads the RNL teams that fuel success for our donor engagement partner clients, using data-driven strategy to maximize results and boost ROI. This strategy crosses numerous outreach efforts, including engagement center, omnichannel marketing outreach, crowdfunding, giving days, major/planned giving pipeline.

Previous Experience

Emily joined RNL in 2011 as a program center manager, and then was promoted to coordinate numerous client engagement programs as a client success manager. After a few years working with great companies like StudioHop and Cluster, she returned to RNL as a director of operations, then was promoted to associate VP and VP of client success. During her time with RNL and in the higher education market, Emily has worked with hundreds of institutions to craft data-driven donor engagement strategies.

Education

Emily holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University, in Economic Sociology, Spanish Language and Literature.
