Dr. Dani Rollins brings a depth of experience and transformational leadership practices from a variety of institutions to bear on her work with RNL. Dani has been an enrollment management professional for over 20 years and has worked in both the public and private educational sectors, with extensive experience in recruitment, admissions processing, data analysis, marketing, and management for traditional undergraduates, graduate, and online students.
Prior to joining RNL, Dani served in senior leadership roles at a variety of institutions, including Reed College (OR), Northern Illinois University, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and, most recently, at the University of Arizona. Under her leadership, the university set enrollment records for three consecutive years bringing in the most academically qualified class, the most diverse new student class and finally, the largest incoming class in the institution’s history, simultaneously setting another record for the number of admission applications received.
Education
As a first-generation college student, Dr. Rollins is passionate about educational access and the transformative power of higher learning. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Saint Francis (IN), a post graduate certification from the University of Kent (UK), and a master’s and doctoral degree from Northern Arizona University in multicultural education and educational leadership, respectively.
