Bill McHale is a veteran CEO with more than 25 years of experience leading companies around the globe. Before coming to RNL, Bill led firms in the software, telecommunications, and technology fields, including a drone manufacturing company, a mobile network optimization company, and a telecommunications analytics company that used neural network/AI-based solutions to detect fraud in networks. He has a proven track record of helping organizations optimize their use of technology in service to their clients. Before becoming a CEO, Bill served in sales and marketing leadership positions for IBM, Wang Labs, and Digital Equipment Corp.
Bill was a member of the Naval ROTC and served in the United States Navy as a lieutenant. He is a Vietnam veteran.

Bill graduated from the Villanova School of Business at Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
