Brian Griffiths is a highly accomplished financial executive with more than 30 years of experience in corporate, investment banking, and public accounting sectors. Over his career, Brian has demonstrated his ability with managing strategic and financial planning, accounting and financial operations, team building, and project execution. He has significant experience with financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, initial public offerings (IPOs), equity and debt financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Previously, Brian served as chief financial officer for a variety of companies in technology, communications, and other key industries. In all roles, he served as business partner to CEO and executive leadership with a mandate to build operational infrastructure, optimize spending, and manage the company through steep commercial ramp and raising capital.
Education
Brian received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He also holds an MS in accounting from New York University and a BA in economics from Tufts University.
